Professional management provides the cornerstone for the success of the properties owned and managed by Rimco Properties, Inc.

A 245-unit complex on a 29-acre parcel in Monroeville, Deauville Park is one of the premiere rental properties in the area. With over 30 years of professional management experience with the Holiday Park Apartments and Townhomes, Rimco plans to deliver the same management quality that is the cornerstone of the Holiday Park Apartments and Townhomes to Deauville Park.

Myles Sampson, Chairman and CEO of Rimco Properties was born and raised in the area, graduating from Plum High School before earning a business degree from Bucknell University. He was very involved in community affairs such as the Boy Scouts, YMCA and Rotary. Myles was a third generation builder and developer. His grandfather, A.L. Sampson began building in the Penn Hills Area at the turn of the last century. Myles' father, Orin Sampson was involved in developing Holiday Park in Plum Borough, Garden City and University Park in Monroeville and Churchill Valley in Penn Hills. Holiday Park was the first Master Planned Community in Pennsylvania and was designed to offer a wide variety of housing styles, recreation, shopping and employment opportunities.

Rimco currently develops, owns and manages a wide variety of properties including retirement communities, apartment communities, manufactured home communities, shopping centers, mini storage facilities, motels, office buildings, business centers and industrial parks in southwestern Pennsylvania. Myles Sampson had a vested interest in the Pittsburgh area - it was not only his home, it was his heritage. Because of his commitment to maintain the finest properties in Western Pennsylvania, Myles assembled a team of educated, experienced and dedicated professionals to manage Rimco's day to day operations.
